Who can see what, inside the MOOOD's Dashboard.
A Top to Bottom Visibility (TTBV) policy rules the MOOOD’s system. Let's say you have this structure:
CEO,
Directors,
Supervisors,
Executives,
and Assistants.
A Dashboard user will be able to see ONLY the information of everyone who is under his/her position.
He/she will NOT be able to see the info of colleagues who have the same position.
They will NOT be able to see the information of any position that is higher in rank.
So...
The CEO can see all.
A Director will only see the info of his own areas and sub areas. He cannot see the info of other Directors or other Directors areas. He cannot see the info of the CEO.
A Supervisor will only see the info of the people, areas and sub-areas that report to him. He cannot see the info of other Supervisors or other Supervisor's areas. He cannot see the info of the CEO nor the Directors.
And so on...
Special powers!
Some people can be granted special exceptions to the Top to Bottom Visibility rule.
The Head of Human Resources or any other professional that plays a part in the company climate management can receive permission to see all the company mooods.
This permissions can be configured from within MOOOD's Dashboard.
